Nutritional 101 — Learn the fundamentals of eating a clean, whole foods diet. Learn about acid/alkaline balance, proper food combining, the abc's of several eating styles (raw, macrobiotic, nourishing traditions, ayurvedic, anti-candida, healing) and the myriad of beneficial cultured foods and beverages. Included is a booklet which includes resource listings, helpful blogs, sites and links. ($35 — 30 minutes;    $60 — 60 minutes)

Alkaline Water — Medical studies show that alkaline water contains the most powerful antioxidant properties, which improve your body's defense against disease. Medical grade alkaline water is taken gradually beginning with 4oz 1-3x per day avoiding the onset of any detox symptoms. The high negative charge of this water helps to release the positively charged acid waste from the body. ($3 — 32 ounce glass jar)

Ion Detox Footbath — The Ion Foot Bath creates a similar environment as a walk along a beach, only more powerful, because your feet are in direct contact with the ions being made in the water. Neutralized particles are pulled out of the body through the skin via osmosis. Color changes in the water are some of the indicators that toxins are being removed from the body. Supports any cleansing modality and can reduce the discomfort associated with rapid detoxification. Repeated sessions improve the results. ($35 — 35 minutes;    $90 — 3 sessions)

Castor Oil Pack — A generous amount of castor oil is applied to the entire abdominal region and is layered with a moist heat pad. Encourages relaxation of the abdominal area and aids in detoxification, circulation and elimination. Particularly healing to the liver and colon and helpful prior to a colonic. ($20 — 20 minutes)

Dry Skin Brushing — Dry skin brushing stimulates circulation and digestion, and removes toxins from the body through the lymphatic system. The skin is the largest organ of elimination and this technique assists in keeping the pores open and free from dead skin cell residues allowing toxins to freely flow from the body. Suppository Implants — Implanted after your colonic and directly absorbed into the mucosal lining of the colon. Choose from Glytamin, helps to restore kidney, gall bladder and liver function, relieves constipation, Endosterol, supports immune system, prostate, breast and uterine function, Ellagica, helps the body in resolving viral, bacterial, and candida (yeast) issues. Steam Therapy — Can be used as a standalone treatment or as an adjunct to a massage or colonic and is done while lying on the massage table. The steam dome is lowered onto the table with head and neck uncovered. Cool packs are applied to the chest area to maintain balance and prevent overheating. This stimulates nerve reflexes, calms the endocrine system, lungs, heart and stomach and has a rejuvenative effect on the body. ($30 — 20 minutes)

If you have any of these contraindications, colon hydrotherapy is NOT advised. Once they have subsided or been eliminated, colon therapy may be indicated with PRESCRIPTION from your licensed physician.
