appointment times have a 15 minute “cushion”
built into them. For example if you have a 5pm appointment
for a 60 minute massage then your appt time is from 5 –
6:15. This allows for arrival time, update as to what you
would like me to work on, full massage time and departure
time. If there are issues that you would like to discuss
with me that go beyond the norm, it will impact the amount
of time we have on the table. It will be completely up to
you how you like us to use your time and I am happy to comply
with your wishes. If you are late for your appt, it will
be up to you how you would like to use the remainder of
the time we have. We require a 24 hour cancellation for
any appointment barring extreme emergencies. You will be
responsible for paying the full amount for any appointment
that is not cancelled within the 24 hr time frame. |
