Kim has been in private practice since 1991.
Kim's massage focuses on calming the mental realm first and foremost. She works with medium to deep pressure using calming and rhythmic strokes. She likes to think of her work as cocooning a person in complete comfort and silence. She watches for the still point in the every massage — the place where in a moment everything becomes still. She feels that is the place where overloaded minds and nervous systems can be begin to repair and heal.
Ms. Dupre is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and is board certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Kim is the founder and manager of Wellville Massage and Healing Arts, a community-centered healing arts center that makes massage and healing arts accessible to the community.
Kim is a colon hydrotherapist holding an advanced certification with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy. She is Board Certified with the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy and upholds the requirements for Continuing Education Units. She serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Colon Hydrotherapy Safety Association and is active in legislating for licensure for colon hydrotherapists in North Carolina.
