She studied massage therapy with emphasis on deep tissue, trigger point release and treating muscular tightness and discomfort caused by working at computers and living under stress. Kitty decided to pursue massage as a means of helping people get relief from the tensions of their busy family, work and play lives. Her goal is to continue to train in the assessment, evaluation and analysis of the mechanical “cause and affect” actions of muscles on the body so as to be better equipped to prescribe a course of therapeutic action for her clients to achieve muscular relief from their aches and pains, tensions and pressures. Kitty is trained in the application of massage with Hot Stones for relaxation as well as the application of Hot Stones in deep tissue work as an effective releasing modality.
