She is nationally certified and trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep tissue, Pre-Natal and Hot Stone. Her work is designed to promote both healing and relaxation. Almetris strives to provide an effective treatment through confident touch by listening and being mindful to each individuals needs. Her work varies from light to deep focused pressure in an integrative and intuitive style. She feels that doing massage is as almost as relaxing and therapeutic as receiving it. Almetris enjoys spending time with family, cooking, exploring new and interesting things and of course, relaxing!
