Kim's massage focuses on calming the mental realm and nervous systems first and foremost, where busy minds and overburdened nervous systems can begin to repair and rejuvenate. When the mind is encouraged to be still, the physical body is more accessible and will respond more readily to massage and bodywork. Kim tends to pursue trainings in modalities that are deeply nourishing and healing to the whole person. She has experience in Swedish Massage, Raindrop Technique, Hydrotherapy, Bellanina Facelift Massage and Ayurvedic (East Indian) bodywork. She likes to think of her work as cocooning a person in complete comfort and silence.
